Your account
- Keep your password and authenticator safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Only upload documents that are yours, or that you have the person's permission to hold.
Documents read automatically
Details read from documents are suggestions. Check them against the original before confirming — especially names, numbers and dates. Dhivehi text is never filled in automatically; type it exactly as printed.
Electronic signatures
- Signatures made here are sealed and recorded so any later change can be detected, which supports their validity under the Maldives Electronic Transactions Act (Law 2/2022).
- Some documents still need a handwritten signature, a stamp or a notary (for example certain court, land and embassy papers). Check with the organisation that will receive the document.
Forms library
- Share only blank forms that you are allowed to share. Never share a form with anyone's details on it.
- We check forms before publishing them and show when each was last checked, but organisations change their forms — confirm with the issuing office that you are using the version they accept.
Business workspaces
A business using a workspace is responsible for having its staff or clients' agreement to hold their documents, for who it gives access to, and for answering their requests to see or remove their data.
Not legal advice
We help you store, fill and sign documents. We do not give legal or immigration advice.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. [Liability limits and governing law — to be written with a lawyer in the Maldives.]
